The Company is a universal payment platform enabling merchants to process transactions using credit and debit cards, alternative payment methods, bank transfers as well as balance maintenance on crypto wallets, deposits and withdrawals in crypto, crypto exchange.
Merchant is a legal entity that registers to use the services offered by the Company, expressly accepting these Terms of Use, which will govern the relationship between the parties and govern the provision of services for all purposes.

Globally United Tech Corporation is a Money Services Business Provider (MSB) incorporated in Canada under company number BC1482082.
Scope of Terms
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents, constitute the legal relationship between you («Merchant») and the Company. By registering and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully and retain a copy for your records. Text of this document is posted on the website and it is available during usage of the website and our services. It contains all significant terms of the agreement and it is our offer to any competent Merchant, who uses the website, according to the terms of the Agreement.
By accepting these Terms of Use you acknowledge that the conclusion of these Terms of Use does not necessarily guarantee you will be entitled to use all services or functionalities that are or may be accessible via the website, as in certain cases if you wish to use specific services or functionalities within the website that are provided by us or by our partners, you may be asked to provide additional information and /or to perform additional actions to access such.
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. You are responsible for checking these terms from time to times for any changes.
Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to legal entities (merchants) capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
- You are a legally recognized entity in a good standing, conducting activities that are not prohibited in Canada, the EU and/or the country of registration of the company;
- You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- You are not located, registered or incorporated in any of the restricted countries. They are States Sponsors of Terrorism, Russia, Belarus, any disputed/annexed/temporarily annexed territories (they are Kosovo, the PMR, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Taiwan, the Kuril Islands, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Crimea, the DPR, and the LPR), and countries where services associated with cryptocurrency are prohibited;
- You are not on any governmental or other sanction lists including but not limited to OFAC, UN, EU, HMT;
- You are not involved in any illegal or fraudulent activity, are not a member of an organized crime group and not associated with any of them;
- You was not banned by the Company for breaking the Agreement in the past.
If you are barred from accessing the website and/or using the Company’s services by laws and regulation of your country, you must not access the website and use the services even utilizing any technology that helps you to circumvent this condition.
You are solely responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations applicable to you and your use or access to the website and the Company services.
Compliance with Canadian Regulations
As a Money Services Business (MSB) operating in Canada, Globally United Tech Corporation complies with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and associated regulations. We are registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and adhere to all regulatory requirements, including:
- Implementing an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) compliance program.
- Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of our merchants.
- Reporting suspicious transactions and maintaining comprehensive records as mandated by law.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian and privacy laws.
European Union (EU): Our services comply with GDPR for personal data protection and AMLD5/AMLD6 for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
International Compliance: Our services meet standards of international financial regulatory frameworks and payment processing standards.

Use of Services
Merchant Onboarding: To access our services, Merchants must complete the onboarding process by submitting the required documentation, including but not limited to:
- Business registration certificates.
- Proof of beneficial ownership.
- Compliance documentation, as applicable.
Merchants will be contacted via email or our support team for verification and approval in short terms. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or rejection.
Payment Processing Services: Our platform supports card payments, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods for seamless merchant transactions. We provide API integration and plugins for major e-commerce platforms. Settlements will be processed in supported currencies, depending on the payment method and banking networks. Detailed information on supported currencies and timelines is available in your account dashboard.
Card Payment Processing: Merchants must ensure compliance with PCI DSS standards for secure handling of cardholder data. The Company employs advanced fraud detection tools to mitigate risks. Merchants are responsible for chargebacks and associated fees as determined by card networks. Disputed transactions must be resolved within several days of notification.
Cryptocurrency Exchange Services: Merchants can access fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, and crypto-to-fiat exchanges upon successful KYC verification. Limits and transaction fees apply as outlined in your account settings. Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks, including price volatility. By using our crypto exchange services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Electronic Communication Consent: By using our services, you consent to receive all communications electronically, including agreements, notices, and statements. We will communicate with you via email or through our website. It is your responsibility to provide us with a current and accurate email address and to promptly update any changes. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting our support team; however, doing so may result in the termination of your account if electronic communication is essential to the services provided.
Best Execution Policy: We are committed to executing your transactions at the most advantageous terms reasonably available under prevailing market conditions. This includes considerations of price, speed, and likelihood of execution. We continuously monitor our execution practices to ensure optimal results for our clients.
Insurance Coverage: We have secured insurance to cover certain losses related to our services; however, this insurance may not cover all instances of loss, particularly those arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own actions or omissions. Clients should not rely solely on this insurance and are encouraged to take proactive security measures.
Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations arising from transactions conducted through our platform. We do not provide tax advice, and it is your responsibility to comply with tax reporting requirements in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you agree to indemnify Globally United Tech Corporation against any tax liability arising from your use of the platform.
Transaction Fees and Commissions: Our services are subject to fees, which will be displayed before the completion of a transaction. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable transaction fees.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your access credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. Any actions taken using your account credentials will be deemed as authorized by you.
We take reasonable steps to ensure security, but we are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or activities violating Canadian or international laws and regulations.
No Financial Advice
The Company does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any decision to buy, sell, or exchange cryptocurrency is made at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating and understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Globally United Tech Corporation provides services on an «as is» and «as available» basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Any reliance you place on information provided by us is strictly at your own risk. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our services, including financial losses.
Risk Disclosure
Transactions involving cryptocurrencies are inherently risky due to high volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and potential security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge and accept these risks when engaging in cryptocurrency transactions through our platform.
Payment processing and cross-border transactions may be subject to delays, exchange rate fluctuations, or unforeseen fees due to external factors, including financial institutions and market conditions.
By using our services, you accept full responsibility for evaluating the risks and agree not to hold Globally United Tech Corporation liable for any losses incurred.
Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in British Columbia.
